The company provides (passes over) original equipment manufacturers (OEM) worldwide warranty (unlimited) to clients- 3Years of parts and labour on IBM Computers, Servers and their Monitors. The rest of the items supplied by the company carry a 1Year warranty against manufacturer defects and not those arising or caused by users.

The warranty includes problem diagnosis, repair or replacement of faulty/defective hardware parts, without any charge on labour, mileage or parts. Additionally, we will replace or refund monies on any product we supply which is found unsuitable in performance and workmanship if notified within 30 days of delivery and upon proof that the defects are original and not caused by users (proof is at the discretion of the company’s Engineers). In such cases the equipment must be packed in the original box including all disks, manuals and cables.The external packaging must not be damaged or defaced and its serial number must tally with the one on the equipment, so it’s recommended that the product is re-boxed.

Warranties can be carried out at the customers’ site for areas within Kampala. However where necessary and areas out side Kampala, the client is required to carry/return the equipment to our workshop, unless agreed upon otherwise with management of Business Centre Ltd. We have a guaranteed response time of 1hour to calls on issues concerning Networks and software plus up to 2hours-response time to calls on other hardware issues. Calls are received and taken note of by a stand-by engineer in the workshop at all times and handled in order of priority.
